Overview
Noble Medichem is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join their medical store team in Mumbai. Our company is a trusted name in pharmacy and skin care with more than 60 retail outlets serving over 15,000 customers daily. We pride ourselves on offering products from reputable manufacturers that meet FDA/FSSAI standards. We also partner with public sector companies such as BPCL and IOC at select locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully review and process physicians' prescriptions ensuring their appropriateness and legal compliance.
- Arrange pharmacy products methodically to facilitate quick and accurate identification.
- Maintain strict control over medication delivery, inventory stocking, accurate labeling, and monitor product condition to avoid expiry or degradation.
- Attentively listen to customer concerns to assess their needs and provide relevant guidance or information.
- Assist with auxiliary medical services such as administering injections and measuring vital signs like blood pressure and temperature.
- Document patient medical histories and maintain records especially for controlled or heavy medications.
- Adhere rigorously to all relevant legal requirements, including state and federal drug laws governed by pharmacy and drug enforcement authorities and FDA regulations.
- Ensure compliance during nursing unit inspections through proper monitoring.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Possession of B.Pharm, D.Pharm, or M.Pharm degree with a current valid license to practice pharmacy.
- Minimum 3 years proven experience working as a pharmacist.
- In-depth knowledge of drug dosage, administration, chemical compounds, and pharmaceutical brands.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software such as EasySol, MediTech, Mediware, along with MS Office.
- Strong organizational capabilities and excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Understanding of FDA health regulations.
- Demonstrate integrity and compassion while performing duties.

- Employment type: Full-time
- Shift system: 10 hours per day; rotational shifts for males and fixed shifts for females
- Work schedule: 6 days a week
