PET Blow Moulding Machine Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled operator to manage a 2 Cavity Semi-Automatic PET Blow Moulding Machine at our packaged drinking water facility. The key responsibility is to oversee production of 500 ml and 1 L PET bottles, ensuring quality and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise the PET blow moulding machine to produce bottles.
• Manage the preform heating/oven system, keeping temperature controls precise.
• Adjust and maintain parameters including blowing pressure, heating temperature, and timing.
• Execute mould loading, unloading, and basic mould replacement activities.
• Verify bottle quality by assessing weight, shape, thickness, and transparency.
• Identify defects in bottles and minimize production rejects.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the machine.
• Maintain detailed production logs to ensure consistent machine performance.
• Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and production protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience with PET Blow Moulding Machine operation is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with semi-automatic PET bottle blow moulding machines is advantageous.
• Ability to independently operate machinery and manage basic troubleshooting tasks is essential.

Location: Junasurla, Taluka Mul, District Chandrapur, Maharashtra.

Salary: Monthly remuneration ranges from INR 18,000 to 22,000.
