Role Overview

As a Field Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and entirely responsible for each service visit—from traveling to the site to completing a detailed report. The role requires a methodical, safe, and professional approach to pest control treatments, ensuring effective results on the first visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnosis, and treatments for public health pests such as cockroaches, bed bugs, rodents, termites, ants, flies, and mosquitoes in residential and commercial environments.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatment methods, and aftercare instructions.
• Document each visit comprehensively using a digital field application, including photos, observations, and treatment recommendations.
• Ensure adherence to safety and Dubai Municipality regulations in handling and applying pest control products.
• Drive company vehicles responsibly daily along planned routes across Dubai.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles, equipment, tools, and stock materials.
• Conduct scheduled AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) visits to sustain client relationships and pest control efficacy over time.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of practical pest control experience based in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in independently performing bed bug, cockroach, rodent, and termite treatments.
• Excellent familiarity with Dubai's geography and road systems.
• Good command of spoken English; additional knowledge of Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is advantageous.
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital applications related to field service.
• Professional demeanor, including punctuality, proper attire, and respectful conduct in customer properties.

Additional Advantages
