Job Location & Schedule

This full-time position is based in Moberly and Macon, Missouri, with workdays from Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pest remediation and prevention services for commercial and residential buildings.
• Offer estimates and recommend treatments for both one-time and maintenance pest control to new and existing clients.
• Ensure punctual completion of scheduled appointments adhering to company policies and local regulations.
• Act as the expert advisor for clients by delivering the most effective pest management solutions tailored to their unique requirements.
• Consistently use all required safety gear.
• Maintain professional appearance and ensure all equipment—including vehicles, uniforms, application tools, PPE, documentation, and informational materials—is well-kept and operational.
• Dedicate full attention and effort during working hours to assigned duties under supervision and company guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent credential.
• Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills.
• Exhibit excellent customer service capabilities and presentation skills.
• Be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and able to kneel and bend as needed for the role.
• Have strong attention to detail and maintain accurate records.
• Be self-driven and focused on achieving results.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Prior pest control experience or possession of a pest control license is preferred but not mandatory.
