About the Role

Bio Solution Pest Control Service Private Limited in Kochi, Kerala, is seeking a committed and dependable Pest Control Operator to strengthen their team. This full-time position involves assessing properties for pest issues, applying treatments carefully, and offering excellent client interaction and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to detect the presence and severity of pests such as insects, rodents, and termites.
• Prepare and apply pesticides and insecticides safely in line with regulations and company policies.
• Operate, maintain, and store pest control tools and equipment correctly, including sprayers and protective gear.
• Communicate effectively with clients by explaining treatment steps, addressing queries, and recommending preventative measures to minimize future infestations.
• Record daily activities by documenting service reports and treatment details, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
• Experience ranging from none to two years in pest control or related fields; applicants with no experience but strong technical aptitude are encouraged.
• Physical endurance to work in diverse conditions such as confined areas and outdoor settings.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in handling chemicals.
• Good communication abilities; proficiency in local languages like Malayalam, English, or Hindi is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
