Pest Control Operator

Overview

We are seeking diligent and dependable Pest Control Operators to join our team, responsible for delivering effective pest management solutions at residential and commercial premises. This role involves identifying pest issues, applying treatments safely, and maintaining positive customer interactions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Visit client sites according to scheduled appointments.
• Conduct thorough inspections to detect pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply pest control measures targeting cockroaches, ants, termites, mosquitoes, rodents, and other common pests.
• Operate pest control tools and utilize chemicals while adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate treatment steps and basic prevention tips to customers.
• Document service completion and collect customer feedback accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and work areas.
• Maintain professional and courteous conduct towards clients.
• Notify supervisors promptly about significant infestations, safety concerns, or technical issues.
• Stick to assigned routes, schedules, and service guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in pest control is an advantage but not compulsory.
• Willingness to travel to various customer locations.
• Possess basic communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and organizational policies.
• Physically capable of working in diverse environmental settings.
• Preferably hold a license or experience for two-wheeler operation.

Additional Details

• Work Type: Field operations, full-time.
• Reporting Structure: Reporting to office staff.
• Compensation Range: Monthly salary between 20000 and 25000 INR.
