Pest Control Operator

About the Role

This position is for a Pest Control Operator responsible for managing pest infestations through a combination of physical inspections and chemical treatments. The role involves working in diverse environments, including residential and commercial properties, to ensure effective pest management and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough property inspections to detect evidence of pests such as rodents, termites, and cockroaches.
• Apply pesticides, sprays, baits, and traps safely, strictly following safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate treatment procedures and preventive recommendations clearly to clients.
• Maintain detailed records of chemical usage and site observations using digital tools or paperwork.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: completion of 10th, 12th grade, or a high school diploma.
• Accepts fresh candidates for entry-level or trainee positions with on-the-job training; experienced candidates preferably have 1 to 2 years or more in pest control servicing roles.
• Physical endurance suitable for fieldwork activities.
• Possession of a valid driving or motorbike license is beneficial for traveling to assigned locations.
• Strong attention to detail during inspections and treatments.
