We are a well-established engineering and consulting firm specializing in pioneering automotive projects including autonomous driving, electromobility, connectivity, and infotainment. Key Responsibilities

• Managing and organizing the entire recruitment process from start to finish
• Independently handling all recruitment phases such as talent sourcing, conducting phone interviews, in-person interviews, and negotiating contracts
• Developing and updating comprehensive candidate qualification profiles to facilitate applicant assessment
• Collaborating closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless hiring procedure
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and continuously supporting existing contacts
• Participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing the employer brand

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed university degree or vocational training in human resources or related professional experience in personnel services or similar fields
• Experience in recruitment, ideally within engineering and automotive sectors, is a plus
• Confident and personable communication skills across phone, email, and video calls
• High degree of self-motivation, proactive and goal-driven working style combined with structured thinking and team spirit
• Fluent in German and good command of English
