Key Responsibilities
- Utilize financial planning methodologies to identify and capture investment and insurance opportunities, particularly for affluent clients, ensuring fair and suitable outcomes.
- Manage the end-to-end investment and insurance services including assessing customer needs, recommending solutions, completing necessary applications, and following up promptly.
- Provide expert advice on insurance and investment products tailored to family protection, education, retirement, and legacy planning.
- Consistently meet challenging targets related to customer interactions, financial planning, and key business performance indicators.
- Grow the individual client portfolio through proactive customer acquisition strategies.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing quality post-sale support and continuous engagement.
- Foster a positive team environment, mentoring colleagues in areas such as client acquisition, engagement, and quality assurance.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory standards and HSBC's policies and procedures.
