Role Summary
The Personal Trainer specializing in EMS is tasked with developing and overseeing safe, tailored EMS training programs for clients. This includes assessing clients, crafting suitable routines, tracking performance, motivating clients, and adhering strictly to safety protocols. Their work directly impacts client retention and transformation success.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a similar discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Preferred certification as a Personal Trainer from recognized bodies such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, or REPs.
- Demonstrable experience with personal or EMS-based training is valued.
- In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology, functional training techniques, and EMS systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively motivate and connect with clients.
- Ability to design, adjust, and implement training programs that meet individual client needs.
- A professional approach emphasizing service quality, safety, and ethical standards.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic skills are advantageous but optional.
