Role Overview

As a Personal Tax Director, you will lead a team responsible for complex personal tax compliance and advisory services. Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of an accountancy and/or tax qualification such as ATT, CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent experience-based qualification
  • Proven track record managing personal tax portfolios within an accountancy practice
  • Expertise in handling complex personal tax compliance and advisory matters
  • Demonstrated success in growing client relationships and generating new business
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams, facilitating talent growth, and planning resources
