Job Opportunity: Personal Loan Sales Executive
We are urgently seeking a motivated Personal Loan Sales Executive to join our team at Sakinaka, Mumbai. This full-time position involves direct sales through both fieldwork and tele-sales channels, targeting personal loan customers with an attractive fixed salary plus performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate potential customer leads by making calls, seeking referrals, and conducting field visits
- Identify and convert customers seeking personal loans
- Understand the needs of customers and clearly communicate available loan products
- Manage follow-ups efficiently and handle objections professionally
- Assess customer eligibility based on income, employment status, and loan criteria
- Gather and verify necessary documentation for loan applications
- Coordinate the application and login procedures
- Continue follow-ups until loan approval and disbursement are completed
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Meet or exceed sales and disbursement targets assigned
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets
- Comfortable with telephonic sales and cold calling
- Strong ability in follow-up and negotiation
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
- Genuine interest in banking or financial products
Additional Information
