About the Role
We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Executive to join our expanding Insurance team in Malahide. This position offers an excellent chance to manage a renewal portfolio and progress your career with clearly defined goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary broker for a portfolio of clients, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional client service efficiently and amicably, meeting all deadlines.
- Manage insurance renewals across multiple lines including Motor, Household, Commercial Vehicle, Property Owners, and Travel.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client's business and culture.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Contribute to various project initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least two years' experience working with an insurer or broker.
- Proficiency in Applied Relay is essential.
- APA certified and intending to pursue CIP qualification.
- Strong client advocacy with a proactive, hardworking, and adaptable approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
- Highly detail-oriented with accuracy in task completion.
- Keen interest in learning about the insurance industry.
- Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
