Role Overview
As a Personal Insurance Advisor based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, you will provide professional, responsive, and courteous service focusing on Auto Insurance, Auto Extension, Travel Health, and Personal Insurance products. Your role involves identifying client needs, educating them on available insurance options, promoting bundled insurance solutions, and encouraging product sales within HUB International.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to clients regarding various personal insurance products.
- Assess client requirements and offer suitable insurance products to meet their needs.
- Promote the benefits of bundling different insurance policies for clients.
- Encourage sales of HUB International’s insurance solutions with professionalism and courtesy.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a Level 2 Insurance License and working towards obtaining a CAIB designation.
- Two to five years of experience in personal insurance sales.
- A friendly and outgoing demeanor with excellent client service skills.
- Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell insurance products effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-focused setting.
- Proficiency with broker management software systems.
