Role Overview
The Personal Finance Operator position is a full-time, onsite role located in Midland, Perth. This role entails assisting clients with everyday personal finance activities including tracking income and expenses, organizing bills and payments, and overseeing savings and budget plans. The operator ensures meticulous record-keeping, adherence to internal processes and compliance standards, and effective communication with clients via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Excellent numerical ability and keen attention to detail for managing budgets, tracking transactions, and reconciling basic financial records accurately.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently, handle competing client requests, and reliably meet deadlines.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills with the capacity to explain financial concepts clearly in approachable language.
- Comfortable with digital tools and office software such as spreadsheets, financial tracking applications, and CRM systems, alongside a willingness to learn new platforms.
- Demonstrated discretion and integrity in managing sensitive financial information, understanding confidentiality, and adhering to data protection standards.
- Prior experience in personal finance support, banking, administration, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Possession of a certificate or degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
