Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Personal / Executive Driver to join our Family Office in Singapore. This full-time position demands a professional driver capable of providing safe, discreet, and efficient transportation for the Principal and their family members. Flexibility in working hours is required to meet operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, timely, and comfortable transport services to the Principal, family members, and official guests.
• Plan driving routes thoughtfully, factoring in traffic and scheduling to ensure punctual arrivals.
• Assist with airport pickups, business engagements, personal appointments, and other travel needs.
• Adapt to last-minute schedule updates and handle unexpected assignments.
• Maintain vehicles in immaculate condition through regular cleaning and inspections of tires, fluids, and overall safety.
• Arrange routine servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and official vehicle checks.
• Operate luxury and high-end automobiles with exceptional care and professionalism.
• Uphold strict confidentiality concerning all personal, family, and business matters related to the Principal.
• Exhibit professionalism and courteous demeanor consistently, including a neat appearance.
• Assist with reasonable family-related errands and additional duties as needed.

Essential Requirements

• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving license.
• At least three years’ experience as a Personal or Executive Driver, preferably with senior executives, business owners, or private families.
• Prior handling and operation of luxury or high-end vehicles are mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore’s road networks, traffic rules, and conditions.
• A clean driving record with a vigilant approach to road safety and defensive driving techniques.
• Professional appearance and trustworthy, punctual, discreet character.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact well with others.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when necessary.
• Capability to manage ad-hoc tasks with independence and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience servicing a family office, private family, or high-level corporate executives.
• Familiarity with luxury car brands including Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Bentley, and Rolls-Royce.
• Experience in handling VIP guests and delivering premium chauffeur services.
• Basic skills in vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in English, with Mandarin language skills considered an advantage.
