Personal Driver

Role Overview

We are looking for a dependable and professional Personal Driver to offer secure, punctual, and efficient transportation services. The candidate must have excellent driving capabilities, familiarity with local routes, awareness of vehicle upkeep, and uphold discretion and professionalism at all times.

Key Duties

• Ensure safe conveyance of employer and family members to workplaces, meetings, events, airports, and various locations.
• Maintain punctuality with timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Keep the vehicle clean, properly maintained, and fueled.
• Perform regular vehicle checks and arrange for servicing or repairs as needed.
• Adhere to traffic laws, road safety guidelines, and employer-specific protocols.
• Plan optimized routes to bypass traffic delays.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, parcels, or personal items when required.
• Preserve confidentiality regarding employer's personal and professional affairs.
• Maintain documentation for vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and travel logs.
• Be ready to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications & Skills

• Possession of a valid driving license with a spotless driving history.
• Minimum experience as a personal or chauffeur driver (exact years not specified).
• Strong knowledge of city routes, traffic regulations, and navigation tools.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and adjust to changing schedules.
• Presentable professional demeanor and courteous manners.
• Basic vehicle troubleshooting skills.
