A private household is looking for a dependable, polished, and discreet driver to handle daily transportation needs for family members. The position requires someone who can work with care, respect privacy, and keep to a reliable schedule.

Core duties

• Transport family members safely to and from the required destinations.
• Manage school run duties, including timely drop-offs and pick-ups.
• Keep the vehicle clean, orderly, and in safe operating condition.
• Carry out regular checks on the vehicle and flag any servicing or repair needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and a professional attitude at all times.

Requirements

• A valid Mauritian driving licence is mandatory.
• Experience working as a personal driver, executive driver, or chauffeur will be considered an advantage.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and personal accountability are essential.
• Good familiarity with roads and traffic patterns across Mauritius is needed.
• The role calls for a high level of discretion and professional conduct.
• Applicants must live in Vignivity, Grand Baie, or a nearby location.

Working hours

This is a full-time role requiring 45 hours per week. On school days, the start time is 06:30, and the schedule may need to shift depending on the family’s needs.
