Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Support clients with personal care needs, including dressing, medication assistance, and meal support.
• Accompany clients on outings for activities such as grocery shopping and running errands.

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must have access to reliable and insured transportation.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, including completion of organizational and state-mandated training.
• Physical ability to move or assist clients weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Capability to navigate clients’ homes and environments safely, including the use of stairs.
• Effective communication skills to interact clearly with clients and colleagues.
• Willingness to comply with state-specific background screening protocols.
