Job Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Personal Assistant to deliver outstanding support to several Directors in a dynamic office environment located in Hendon. This position involves managing diverse tasks in a fast-paced setting with professionalism and dedication.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage complex calendars and appointments for three Directors.
- Handle all correspondence including emails and telephone communications on the directors' behalf.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and files.
- Facilitate communication between various departments within the organization.
- Draft professional written materials such as communications and announcements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and external partners.
- Assist with human resources paperwork and administrative duties.
- Support the preparation and processing of legal contracts.
- Keep records current and ensure internal data systems are accurately maintained.
- Manage office supplies by ordering stationery and organizing the stockroom efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven recent experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting directors.
- Exceptional ability to handle diaries and time management.
- Strong organizational skills and the capacity to multitask with meticulous attention to detail.
- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality commitment.
- A positive demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a great sense of humor.

Additional Information
This role is fully office-based from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with no remote work option. The salary range offered is £40,000 to £45,000 per annum.
