Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Personal Assistant based in Mumbai to support senior talent managers and clients. The role involves managing daily schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel and accommodation, handling communications, maintaining confidential records, preparing documents, and assisting with event logistics. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules and appointments for senior talent managers and clients.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally.
- Maintain confidential records and prepare essential documents.
- Assist with logistics and coordination for events.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners for seamless operations.
- Support various operational tasks to enhance organizational efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Flexibility to work long hours and availability to respond by phone when required.
- Strong Personal Assistant and Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient diary management, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and prioritizing appointments.
- Sound clerical skills such as document handling, data entry, and basic office administration.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and maintain professionalism consistently.
- Previous experience in entertainment, events, or talent management is advantageous.
