About the Role
We are seeking a courteous and dependable Personal Assistant to support operations at an art academy catering to children aged 2 to 14 years. The role involves assisting with various tasks including helping children, managing social media, engaging with clients, and preparing the studio environment.
Responsibilities
- Offer assistance to children within the age range of 2 to 14 years in the academy.
- Manage social media activities to support the academy’s online presence.
- Communicate and coordinate with clients effectively.
- Prepare and maintain the studio workspace for daily activities.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates should be polite, responsible, and proactive in handling varied tasks. Creativity and an artistic inclination are advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation
