Job Summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking a skilled Performance Tester to assess application performance, including processing speed, data transfer rates, workload efficiency, and command response times.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in utilizing LoadRunner for performance testing.
  • Demonstrated experience with performance testing across multiple protocols, specifically HTTP/HTTPS and web services (REST, SOAP, JSON).
  • Ability to interpret non-functional requirements, user stories, and epics to develop comprehensive performance test scenarios, scripts, and test data.
  • Capability to formulate and document performance testing strategies and plans.
  • Solid understanding of industry-leading performance testing tools, with a focus on HP LoadRunner's features and functionalities.
  • Skilled in constructing and maintaining scalable, portable, and configurable test scripts using HP LoadRunner.
  • Expertise in scripting using Web (http/html), web services, and TruClient.
  • Experience in developing, executing, and reporting on performance, load, concurrent user, and stress testing.
  • Aptitude for designing and building test scenarios that effectively simulate various load conditions.
  • Experience conducting volume, stress, load, and endurance tests.
  • Ability to analyze scalability, throughput, and load testing metrics against test servers.
  • Competence in comparing system performance under different physical resource configurations (RAM, CPU, Disk, Network, etc.).
  • Skilled in measuring, reporting, and recommending performance Response Time Guidelines/SLAs.
  • Experience in building performance benchmarks and workloads, and conducting performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test case management systems.
  • Understanding of monitoring tools such as perfmon, nmon, splunk, Wily APM, and AppDynamics.
