Role Overview
The Remote IT Support Assistant serves as a first point of contact for users who need help with technical problems. This position focuses on resolving hardware and software issues, supporting day-to-day system operations, and delivering prompt assistance from a remote setting.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to users who need help with technical support requests.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software and hardware.
- Keep support records and documentation up to date.
- Help process requests for system and account access.
- Pass more complex technical problems to the appropriate team.
- Work to close support tickets within a timely manner.

Compensation & Benefits
