Role Overview

The Remote IT Support Assistant serves as a first point of contact for users who need help with technical problems. This position focuses on resolving hardware and software issues, supporting day-to-day system operations, and delivering prompt assistance from a remote setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to users who need help with technical support requests.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to software and hardware.
  • Keep support records and documentation up to date.
  • Help process requests for system and account access.
  • Pass more complex technical problems to the appropriate team.
  • Work to close support tickets within a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in IT support is preferred.
  • Ability to investigate and solve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and service skills.
  • Comfort using ticketing platforms for support workflows.
  • Capability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation & Benefits
