Role Overview
This position is part of the Global Performance Marketing team focused on conceptualizing and executing online media strategies aimed at boosting user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness specifically for the North American market. The role involves close collaboration with local and regional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts across countries. The office location is Singapore, requiring regular coordination with the US team based in Austin, Texas, with overlapping time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the performance of various online advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic media channels.
- Work collaboratively with local marketing teams to craft and implement localized campaign strategies and develop engaging creative content.
- Analyze data from paid media campaigns and product performance to generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage budget allocation and execution to maximize marketing return on investment, while actively conducting growth hacking experiments to identify new channels and opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 7 years of practical experience handling paid online media campaigns for mobile apps and web platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving impactful growth with efficient marketing strategies in the North American market.
- Strong skills in running advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of working effectively across multicultural environments and multiple markets with agility.
- Proficient with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and attribution platforms like Branch.io or Appsflyer.
- Highly analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
- Innovative approach to growth hacking combined with a comprehensive marketing strategy perspective.
- Self-motivated, able to take initiative and independently handle challenges and solutions.
- Experience using AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to enhance workflows, productivity, and scale efficiency.
