About the Role
Suits Coworking Spaces is seeking a proactive Performance Marketing Executive to oversee paid acquisition efforts on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. The primary focus is on achieving tangible results such as qualified inquiries, sales calls, site visits, office tours, and leasing of workspaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, remarketing, and Meta lead-generation.
- Perform keyword research, regularly review search terms, and manage negative keyword lists to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Design and test variations of ad copy, target audiences, promotional offers, landing pages, and creatives.
- Manage targeting by location, device, schedule, and audience within Jaipur and other authorized markets.
- Set up and audit conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API to ensure accurate measurement.
- Track various conversion types including calls, WhatsApp interactions, website forms, Meta instant forms, and scheduled visits precisely.
- Monitor advertising budgets and bids, aiming to minimize wasted spend and enhance cost-efficiency per qualified lead.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports and collaborate with sales teams to evaluate lead quality and revenue impact.
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years of direct experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Expertise in Search advertising, lead generation campaigns, remarketing tactics, and audience development.
- Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and adept at diagnosing conversion tracking issues.
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent copywriting and reporting capabilities.
- Capability to showcase previous campaign outcomes or logically explain optimization choices through concrete examples.
Preferred Background
Experience in real estate, coworking facilities, commercial leasing, or local lead generation is advantageous.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, requiring presence at the office.
Compensation
The monthly salary range offered is ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
