Job description
Role Overview
As a Performance Marketer Manager, you will lead a team of performance marketers managing client acquisition efforts end to end. You will own the strategy and execution of the acquisition pillar, reviewing deliverables, addressing issues directly, and stepping into accounts when critical.
About Luxe Consulting
Luxe Consulting develops revenue infrastructure tailored for home service companies across Ireland and the UK. The company prides itself on a small, empowered team environment where individuals hold real ownership without bureaucratic layers. Marketers manage their accounts independently, able to test and implement ideas quickly without excessive approvals or prolonged feedback loops.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of 2-5 performance marketers handling client accounts in Ireland and the UK.
- Oversee the full acquisition process from setup to optimization, collaborating with Client Success Managers on scheduling and client commitments.
- Be accountable for overall performance metrics, including cost per qualified booked call, budget efficiency, and client retention based on results.
- Conduct weekly review sessions with each marketer to diagnose performance issues and implement timely corrective actions.
- Establish standards for marketing tests, including creative structuring, briefing, and decision-making on scaling or termination of campaigns.
- Directly intervene in accounts that are underperforming or when client relationships are at risk.
- Review and approve paid advertising sections in client reports before submission to Client Success Managers.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop performance marketers as client accounts grow.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience managing lead generation spends of €50,000 or more monthly and overseeing others responsible for such budgets.
- Proficiency with GoHighLevel platform components including pipelines, workflows, forms, and tracking, with hands-on ability to build and troubleshoot rather than just delegate.
- Strong analytical skills to quickly assess accounts and identify whether issues stem from creative, offer, funnel, or sales challenges.
- Leadership capability to manage a marketing team and provide constructive criticism of others’ campaigns.
- In-depth expertise with Meta and Google advertising platforms, understanding pixel implementation, Conversion API, and attribution mechanisms.
- A continuous improvement mindset, always seeking to enhance skills and results.
Additional Information
A background in trades, home improvement, or lead generation is advantageous but not mandatory.
