About the Role

We are seeking a People Technology Analyst to manage and support the daily operation of our Workday platform alongside other HR systems. The position involves providing user assistance, ensuring data accuracy, assisting with system improvements, and collaborating with HR and IT departments to create a seamless people technology environment throughout the firm.

This role is based in Sydney and supports offices across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration and regular upkeep of Workday and linked HR systems.
  • Offer frontline assistance for Workday-related questions, escalating complex issues appropriately.
  • Conduct system tasks such as data uploads, audits, and integrity validations to preserve accurate employee information.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including process guides, training content, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Assist with system testing, updates, and new releases while partnering with IT and business teams to address potential impacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Workday systems and a comprehensive understanding of key Human Capital Management processes.
  • Familiarity with Workday modules like Recruiting, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, or Payroll is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to investigate and rectify system and process challenges.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities within defined service levels.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, adept at collaborating with global teams.
  • Knowledge of HR data governance, confidentiality protocols, and best practices in system administration; experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, eagerness to learn, and an interest in artificial intelligence is a plus.
