About the Role
At 2degrees, our mission is Fighting for Fair. We seek a People & Performance Partner to join a customer-focused, innovative team that values ownership and cares deeply about its people. This role combines aspects of consultancy, coaching, and problem-solving, focusing primarily on the people within our organisation.
This position offers a chance to work flexibly within our evolving People team, moving dynamically to address key priorities across the business. It is a distinct role from traditional Business Partner positions, with opportunities to support leaders through organizational change, facilitate capability workshops, enhance team performance, and resolve complex people challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to assess organizational, capability, performance, engagement, and wellbeing issues.
- Create and implement meaningful strategies that improve business results and employee experience.
- Engage in a variety of people and performance projects as needed across the business.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in Business Partner, People Partner, or generalist HR roles within complex organisations.
- Exceptional consulting and diagnostic skills to uncover root problems before recommending solutions.
- Proficiency in collaborating with leaders on organisation design, workforce planning, change management, talent, performance, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ability to thoughtfully manage complex people and employment relations matters with fairness and sound judgment.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities with the ability to influence all business levels.
- Competence in analyzing workforce data, trends, and business context to inform recommendations.
- Adaptability to work in ambiguous and evolving environments, juggling multiple priorities effectively.
- Interest in future work trends, including AI and innovative people practices.
- Experience with skills, capability, or competency frameworks is advantageous.
- A collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for supporting individuals and teams to succeed.
