Role Overview
We are searching for a driven People Coordinator to join our global HR team based in Auckland, NZ. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and engaging employee journey, handling multiple aspects of the employee lifecycle such as recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, performance, compensation, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration of all employee-related processes and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to people matters.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records and participate in the deployment and upkeep of a new global Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Support regional payroll administration and assist with the rollout of a global payroll system.
- Keep company policies current and ensure adherence to legal requirements.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Handle people analytics, data integrity, and updates to HR systems.
- Lead and contribute to diverse people projects at both regional and global levels.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum two years of relevant HR or People administration experience, preferably in an international environment.
- Strong people-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal, cross-cultural communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Proven analytical skills combined with effective organizational abilities and a proactive, multitasking approach to managing time.
- Familiarity with human resources software and advanced competencies in MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- A motivated, can-do attitude with a passion for completing tasks efficiently.
- Willingness and ability to acquire First Aid/CPR certification.
