Role Overview

We are seeking a PCG Testing Engineer to join our team full-time in Riyadh. The role involves rigorous product testing, defect documentation, environment setup, and usability evaluation to ensure superior product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing on product functionality, compatibility, performance, and user experience by following test cases.
• Precisely identify, document, and report defects in hardware, system software such as Windows, drivers, and pre-installed applications, including replicating issues.
• Assist in establishing PC testing setups, inclusive of OS installation, driver deployment, peripheral connectivity, and configuring test software.
• Develop select test cases and offer feedback on usability and design from a user perspective.
• Maintain effective communication with team members, respond promptly, and complete assigned testing duties efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Information, or a related discipline.
• Strong grasp of fundamental software testing principles and enthusiasm for computer hardware.
• At least two years of experience in testing; background in mobile, smart hardware, or consumer electronics testing is advantageous.
• Proficient with Windows OS operations, troubleshooting, and system reinstallation.
• Understanding of hardware components such as CPUs, memory modules, and storage drives, with basic identification skills.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, PowerShell) capable of authoring simple automation scripts.
