Role Overview

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our global team, contributing to the growth and visibility of our offerings. This role involves full-cycle payroll management primarily for Montenegro, along with compliance oversight, client engagement, and collaboration with various internal teams in an international setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete payroll processes for multiple clients, initially focusing on Montenegro, ensuring seamless data exchange with payroll partners.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and maintain detailed payroll reports and records.
  • Collect, verify, and input payroll data accurately, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor and research tax and payment regulations in Montenegro and other relevant regions, collaborating with local accountants to ensure legal compliance.
  • Establish and maintain professional client relationships, addressing payroll queries efficiently within set timelines.
  • Coordinate with Customer Experience, Accounting, Operations, and other departments to gather payroll inputs, correct inconsistencies, and provide support.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant payroll experience; global payroll exposure is advantageous.
  • Educational background or knowledge in economics, accounting, and financial principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working within international or multicultural teams.
  • Familiarity with global payroll practices.
  • Experience using payroll software or human resource information systems (HRIS).
