Payroll Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Payroll Coordinator specialized in India payroll management to join our team at Artech L.L.C. located in Hyderabad. This role requires strong expertise in payroll operations and compliance with Indian statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and validate end-to-end payroll processing including Full and Final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with various statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), National Pension Scheme (NPS), Gratuity, Bonus payments, and Income Tax deductions.
• Maintain Payroll Management Information Systems (MIS) and conduct regular statutory compliance audits and filings.
• Assist with payroll audits to verify accuracy and adherence to legal standards.
• Support payroll operations with exposure to platforms like Workday, SAP, or ADP Global View is considered advantageous.
• Provide detailed and accurate payroll reports and analytics.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in payroll administration, HR operations, or accounting, specifically focused on India payroll systems.
• Strong analytical aptitude combined with excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fixed schedule from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST.
• Immediate joiners are preferred to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Salary: Up to ₹7,00,000 per annum
