Payroll Services Administrator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing independently, ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and social security regulations.
• Serve as the key contact for employees, managers, and internal teams, including support for international assignments.
• Oversee corporate pension schemes autonomously.
• Communicate with health insurance providers and authorities; assist during audits and inspections.
• Participate in local and global HR and payroll projects.
• Support year-end payroll activities such as verifying vacation carryovers, preparing income tax certificates, and managing social security notifications.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in in-house payroll management.
• Proficient use of SAP, specifically S/4 Hana modules relevant to payroll and salary processing.
• Strong numerical skills and an organized, autonomous working style.
• Team-oriented, service-focused, and capable of handling workload pressure.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
