Key Responsibilities

• Oversee comprehensive payroll processing across the entire organisation.
• Handle employee lifecycle changes including onboarding, terminations, variations, and payroll adjustments.
• Compile payroll reconciliations along with relevant reports and compliance documentation.
• Address payroll inquiries and provide necessary support to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to relevant payroll legislation, employment conditions, and company policies.
• Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team to maintain an accurate and efficient payroll function.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years working experience managing payroll within a professional setting.
