Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete payroll process from start to finish.
• Maintain compliance with governance standards and ensure audit preparedness.
• Collaborate closely with the managed service provider.
• Serve as the main escalation contact for resolving complex payroll issues.
• Promote continuous enhancements and optimise payroll systems.
• Develop and manage risk mitigation strategies and monitor control processes.
• Support and mentor a payroll team comprising four direct reports.

• Deep understanding of relevant awards, EBAs, and related legislation.
• Experience working with managed service providers is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong analytical skills.
