Job Overview
New Opportunity Consultancy Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Payroll Executive with 13 years of expertise. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in Excel and a thorough understanding of statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is essential. Preference will be given to candidates located in or near Vashi/Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing accurately and timely.
- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
- Maintain and update payroll records and reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with various departments for data collection related to payroll.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 13 years of hands-on experience in payroll processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for payroll data management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of statutory compliance concerning PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages.
- Graduation degree is mandatory.
