Payroll Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Payroll Executive based in Malad West, Mumbai to manage payroll and statutory compliance effectively. This role involves handling all aspects of Indian payroll processing and statutory obligations including PF and ESIC adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Indian payroll processing and accurate salary calculations.
• Determine salary structures and input attendance and leave data.
• Ensure compliance with Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) regulations.
• Handle new wage codes and execute full and final settlements.
• Stay updated on new labour laws and ensure statutory compliance.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass; B.Com or M.Com freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
• Motivated to learn, develop, and grow professionally in payroll and HR operations.
