- Maintain accuracy and integrity of employee master data within the HRIS and ensure alignment with employment contracts and visa details recorded in Muqeem.
- Provide detailed payroll documentation and variance analysis supporting internal and external audit processes.
- Respond accurately and professionally to employee queries regarding payslips, deductions, and end-of-service benefits.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll workflow efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Calculate final settlements for employees leaving the company, covering pro-rated salaries, unused leave encashment, and end-of-service benefits.

- Minimum of three years’ experience in payroll accounting within Saudi Arabia, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing context.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, and the Wage Protection System.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and logical formulas for data analysis.
- Experience working with HRIS and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or local Saudi payroll platforms.
- Capability to adhere to deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure during monthly closing cycles.
- Fluent English communication skills and working-level Arabic for navigating government portals.
- Sound understanding of internal financial controls and confidentiality standards.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in sectors like mining, metals, or heavy industry involving shift-based workforce management.
- Proven record of supporting external audits with minimal issues.
- Knowledge of ZATCA e-invoicing requirements for service providers.
Performance Metrics
