Job Responsibilities

• Manage deposit transactions using multiple platforms including banks, e-banking, e-wallets, cards, and other payment service providers.
• Handle withdrawal operations across various financial systems and service providers.
• Process other financial operations such as adjustments, indemnifications, and credits.
• Respond to client inquiries related to payments via phone and email using Zendesk.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify optimal payment solutions for clients.
• Provide clients with detailed information on payment options and service providers.
• Guide clients in navigating the client portal for deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
• Perform compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), risk, and fraud checks to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Coordinate with banks and payment service providers to resolve missing or irregular payments.
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Identify and report technical issues and ensure follow-up until resolution.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
