Job Responsibilities
- Manage deposit transactions using multiple platforms including banks, e-banking, e-wallets, cards, and other payment service providers.
- Handle withdrawal operations across various financial systems and service providers.
- Process other financial operations such as adjustments, indemnifications, and credits.
- Respond to client inquiries related to payments via phone and email using Zendesk.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify optimal payment solutions for clients.
- Provide clients with detailed information on payment options and service providers.
- Guide clients in navigating the client portal for deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers.
- Perform compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), risk, and fraud checks to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Coordinate with banks and payment service providers to resolve missing or irregular payments.
- Maintain confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Identify and report technical issues and ensure follow-up until resolution.

Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services or a related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
