Role Overview

We seek a meticulous payment operations professional who excels in dynamic, precision-driven environments. This role focuses on ensuring the constant availability, robustness, and enhancement of the airline’s payment orchestration system across various sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payment workflows including authorizations, captures, settlements, refunds, and chargebacks to guarantee timely and accurate transactions.
• Oversee payment performance by monitoring, configuring, and executing testing procedures aimed at improving acceptance rates and checkout efficiency.
• Support compliance adherence by conducting control verifications aligned with PCI DSS standards, card scheme regulations, IATA norms, and pertinent legal requirements, flagging and escalating irregularities where needed.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal technical teams, and finance departments to troubleshoot incidents, maintain SLAs, facilitate integrations, and ensure integrity of settlement and reconciliation records.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and brings at least three years of expertise in payments, financial services, or merchant/airline payment operations. A comprehensive understanding of the payment lifecycle—authorization, capture, settlement, refunds, and chargebacks—and direct experience in supporting multi-channel payment processes is essential.

Familiarity with payment ecosystems including orchestration platforms, payment gateways, acquirers, card schemes, and alternative payment methods is required. Experience with PCI DSS compliance, card scheme rules, operational control measures, and incident management is especially desirable.
