Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Pattern Cutter & Tailor for our Jeddah location. The position requires developing patterns from designs and prototypes, adjusting garment fit, cutting fabrics, and sewing complete garments. Collaboration with the head designer is essential to produce samples, prepare styles for production, and supervise the manufacturing process ensuring quality, timeline management, and accurate delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create patterns based on sketches, measurements, or existing samples.
• Cut fabric and sew garments from start to finish.
• Work closely with the head designer to develop samples and prepare collections for production.
• Manage and oversee the garment production process, maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate production schedules to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion.
• Make pattern and sample adjustments following fittings.
• Ensure garments meet the desired fit and finish quality.

Requirements

• Proficient pattern cutting and tailoring skills, particularly for women’s clothing such as dresses.
• Hands-on experience with diverse fabrics and garment construction techniques.
• Strong understanding of fit, alterations, and high-quality sewing and finishing.
• Ability to correct patterns and samples post-fitting accurately.
• Experience managing end-to-end garment production, from development through completion.
• Production timeline coordination skills.
• Grading experience is advantageous.
• Previous professional tailoring or fashion production experience.
• Fluent in English or Arabic.
• Availability to work onsite in Jeddah.
