Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Care Executive to join our healthcare team in Bhubaneswar. This role involves providing essential assistance and support to patients during their visits, liaising with hospital personnel, and ensuring effective communication and comfort for patients and their families.

Primary Duties

• Assist patients with fundamental care and support throughout their hospital visits.
• Guide patients by informing them about hospital services, scheduling appointments, and explaining procedures.
• Act as a liaison coordinating between doctors, nurses, and other medical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage basic documentation tasks.
• Create a reassuring and supportive atmosphere for both patients and their families.
• Address patient inquiries promptly and provide necessary assistance.

Candidate Requirements

• Only female applicants are eligible.
• Willingness to work onsite at the Bhubaneswar location is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic familiarity with patient care and handling is advantageous.

Additional Information
