Overview
We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator experienced with US healthcare inbound calling. The role involves managing patient interactions with professionalism, efficiently scheduling appointments, handling referrals, and providing continuous patient support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound patient calls with clarity and empathy.
- Schedule and confirm appointments accurately.
- Handle patient referrals and support queries effectively.
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluency in English with excellent communication ability.
- Proven experience in patient handling and call management.
- Familiarity with US healthcare processes and terminologies preferred.
Additional Information
- Shift timings are from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST to align with US working hours.
- Open to any graduates who meet the experience criteria.
