Role Overview
This role involves providing comprehensive daily support to elderly individuals, ensuring their well-being and comfort through consistent care and assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist elderly individuals with their everyday needs including eating and routine activities.
- Support mobility and attend to personal requirements of the elderly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for elderly residents.
- Foster a respectful and cooperative relationship with the elderly persons.
- Report any health concerns or emergencies promptly to the supervising authority.
- Adhere strictly to the rules and safety protocols of the Old Age Home.
