Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide oral hygiene care to patients.
- Perform bed baths or sponge baths as required.
- Apply skin care such as non-medicated lotions to dry areas.
- Assist patients with dressing activities.
- Support patients during walking and home exercise routines.
- Help patients turn and change position while in bed.
- Conduct range of motion exercises to aid patient mobility.
- Assist patients in using the bathroom or bedside commode.
- Provide support for using urinal, bedpan, and diaper changes.
- Empty colostomy or catheter bags as necessary.
- Deliver incontinence care to patients.
