Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer enquiries to identify the correct parts needed for various agricultural machinery.
• Acquire the necessary parts from the company's inventory or through supplier networks.
• Offer expert guidance to customers ensuring they get the appropriate components.
• Maintain precise records and manage inventory efficiently.
• Work in coordination with sales and service departments to deliver a smooth customer service experience.
• Participate in ongoing improvements of parts management procedures and systems.

Candidate Profile

• Has at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a related role within the agricultural machinery field.
• Possesses strong knowledge of products and the ability to swiftly identify and procure parts.
• Shows excellent customer service skills with the capability to provide clear and effective advice.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal capabilities, interacting well with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Experienced with parts management and inventory software tools.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and operational efficiency.
