About the Role
This full-time position as a Data Partnerships Manager offers a remote working opportunity, enabling you to work from anywhere. The role centers on establishing and nurturing strategic data partnerships to strengthen the platform’s capabilities. The compensation range is between 110,000 and 220,000 USD annually.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategies for identifying, assessing, and onboarding new data partners from various industry sectors.
- Lead negotiations and formalize partnership agreements, addressing data-sharing provisions, pricing models, and service-level commitments.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as engineering, legal, and product management to ensure alignment of data partnerships with business objectives and technical demands.
- Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships by analyzing key performance indicators including data volume, data quality, and revenue contributions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data governance regulations and ethical standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in data partnerships, business development, or related roles within technology or data infrastructure domains.
- Proficient in negotiation and contract administration, with experience in preparing and executing complex agreements.
- Thorough knowledge of data governance frameworks, privacy legislation, and regulatory compliance such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Analytical ability to interpret partnership metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Understanding of API integrations, data structures such as JSON and CSV, and experience working with third-party data platforms.
