Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Partnerships Manager to join our Growth division. This role focuses on creating, developing, and managing high-impact collaborations with media outlets, influencers, and digital platforms to support measurable business expansion. The ideal candidate is action-oriented, communicates effectively, and excels at transforming partnerships into significant growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and expand partnerships with media, influencers, websites, and other strategic collaborators.
• Manage outreach, negotiations, and deal finalization, focusing on both German and international markets.
• Maintain and nurture long-term partnerships by proposing innovative campaigns, ensuring smooth execution, and managing partner expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate partnership performance and returns on investment, converting analysis into strategic insights.
• Ensure adherence to campaign guidelines, brand standards, and compliance requirements by partners.
• Conduct ongoing market research to uncover new opportunities, verify potential partnerships, and stay informed of competitor activities and emerging partnership models.
