Job description

About the Role

Deep Knowledge Group is seeking an experienced Partnership Development Manager to establish scalable commercial and strategic distribution channels across the organization's portfolio. This role distinctively goes beyond traditional Business Development by focusing not only on identifying buyers but also on finding and cultivating partners who can distribute, implement, co-develop, or significantly expand market opportunities collaboratively.

DKG's diverse portfolio creates numerous partnership frameworks such as regional representatives, distributors, resellers, institutional partners, technology providers, vendors, media and event collaborators, corporate alliances, white-label partnerships, joint development ventures, ambassadors, and commercial intermediaries with market access. The core mission is to transform these partnership models into active, outcome-driven collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and map the partner ecosystem relevant to priority products and markets.
  • Select appropriate partnership frameworks based on product categories.
  • Locate, assess, and qualify potential partners including distributors, resellers, JV collaborators, and strategic institutions.
  • Develop customized partnership proposals that align with each partner's commercial interests.
  • Lead communication, outreach, and negotiation efforts with prospective partners.
  • Collaborate with management and legal teams to formalize agreements.
  • Design diverse partnership models including commission, revenue sharing, referral, co-development, and licensing as suited.
  • Ensure partner onboarding with relevant materials, product knowledge, and access to resources.
  • Empower partners with sufficient training to represent DKG proficiently.
  • Monitor opportunities, leads, sales pipelines, and business results driven by partnerships.
  • Identify and address dormant partnerships through reactivation or termination.
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Product Development teams to maximize partner-driven customer and technical opportunities.
  • Gather structured feedback from partners regarding product-market fit and commercial challenges.
  • Actively utilize and enhance DKG's partnership management technologies to support operational effectiveness.

  • Distributors and resellers
  • White-label collaborations
  • Joint co-development initiatives
  • Strategic corporate and institutional partnerships

  • Media and conference alliances
  • Technology and data suppliers
  • HealthTech and longevity ecosystem partners
  • Marketplace vendors
  • Referral and affiliate arrangements
  • Joint ventures and regional commercialization entities

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years in strategic partnerships, channel development, alliances, or B2B business development.
  • Proven success in establishing partnerships that yield measurable business activity and growth.
  • Ability to pinpoint mutual commercial value instead of general strategic collaboration.
  • Exceptional relationship management and negotiation capabilities.
  • Experience in managing partner relationships beyond contract signing.
  • Quick comprehension of complex technologies and commercial products.
  • Strong written communication and skills in crafting proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM, partner pipeline management, or similar systems.
  • High self-motivation and ability to independently follow through on tasks.
  • Proficient use of artificial intelligence tools for research, analysis, and communication preparation.
  • Fluency in English.

Preferred Advantages

  • Background in channel sales, affiliate/ambassador networks, licensing, white-labels, or joint ventures.
  • Established network in technology, investment, healthcare, FinTech, or innovation sectors.
  • Experience developing international or regional partner ecosystems.
